Today was a good day eating wise, but I couldn’t workout due to the fact that I fucked up my ankle over the weekend. I wish I could say it was from vigorously working out, but nope. I tripped on an uneven sidewalk. I feel like I am going to gain this week, and this is when the weight should be coming off easier. Blah. I just feel a little down today. I am going to just watch a good movie and hopefully feel better for tomorrow.
