
So working out at midnight is a little odd, however I never sleep so this was more productive than watching tv and eating.
Anyways I just tried Kim Kardashians Ab workout. I was under the impression there would have been more actual ab work, but the arm work was really hard so I would for sure do this again. Then just because I haven’t been working out a lot lately I did the 20 minute SWEAT. It was pretty exciting because I actually faired better than normal, so hello some resultage.
