Today has been really good. I did the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout. I have eaten well all day. I am really trying to make this a lifestyle change. I didn’t want to workout, but I did. Also I feel like I am doing the Cardio intervals better each time I work out. Coool!
I think for sometime this week I want to get my measurements written down just so I can understand how my body is changing better. For the life of me I don’t even know if there is a tape measure in this house.
