Boooooo!
It seems to me that this week I got my exercising on track, and my eating just went crazy. I honestly only wrote down what I ate in the first half of the week. I don’t know what happened yesterday, but I went super crazy and ate everything in sight. OK well this week will just be super great. It will be a combination of finally working out consistantly, and eating well. I am still a little sad about the gain. At least my total loss is still over 5lbs, barely, but still over.
The very very very very worst part of this gain, I didn’t even drink this weekend!!!!!!!!! How annoying.
