April Goals!
- I want to loose at least 10 pounds this month. I know that my track record has been low, but maybe it was just me getting into the swing of things!
- Exercise is a must. Working out 4-5 days a week all month.
- Keep up only drinking water. I have felt really good lately.
- Only drink on two out of the four weekends (that’s going to be hard, my best friend is turning 21 this month, and she is the last of my friend group. Hello being DD).
- Really put some effort into eating well.
OK April, here I come. I am going to be down 10 pounds at the end of you, whether you like it or not.
