Things I Have Learned This Weekend.

1. I cannot be trusted around Easter candy. It was weird that it was even in our house to begin with. So jelly beans, and reese cups were eaten. Fail.

2. My job is bad for my eating habits. I finally got back to work this weekend, which was soo fabulous. However its just me in the 12th Tee snack shop by myself with lots of good things to eat. Next weekend I need to not stuff my face with chicken salad and ginger ale.

3. My friends are bad for my diet. I had my friends from wooster come and visit this weekend and we did in fact have a fabulous time. However I use them as an excuse to eat badly. I don’t need taco bell at 2 in the morning just because my drunk friends want it. I need to remember that.

OK this week needs to be better than last. I have not been doing good, and there is not a chance in hell I am steppin on the scale on wednesday. I really don’t want to be discouraged. One week off, so hopefully the results will be good next wednesday.

Trying to Lose. Just me updating my weight lose goals. Essentially I am aiming for my inside to match my outside. I want to not be the fat best friend anymore, I want to be the leading lady! :D

As a side note I am a total Tumblr creep. I like to follow a lot of people and read about their weight loss journey. So sorry in advance.

Starting Weight: 310.3 (Ouch)
Week 1: 307.3
Week 2: 306.3
Week 3: 304.5
Week 4: 305.0
*insert super long break
Week 5: 303.1
Total Loss: 7.2 lbs

Short Term Goal: Be under 300 by June
Long Term Goal: 180
